Job Title:

Audit and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised individual with expertise in payroll processes to join our team.

As an Audit and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll, compliance with company procedures, adjustments, leave reconciliations, terminations, and other associated tasks.

You will also complete monthly and yearly tax return reconciliations, payment of taxes, and all month end remittances, ensuring statutory guidelines are met.

Additionally, you will ensure all employees are correctly set up into the payroll system, assist with monitoring and entering master file details, close out queries on payroll matters, and ensure timely setup of new employees.

About You:

Requirements include 2-3 years' experience in payroll management, including award interpretation, tax laws, superannuation, terminations, and leave accruals.

Knowledge of time and attendance systems is preferred but not essential.

You should possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing, passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
