Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of investigators in managing and resolving complaints under NSW law.
  • Analyse and investigate disclosures by and complaints against solicitors.
  • Examine evidence and make recommendations on disclosures and complaints.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including complainants, solicitors, and the Professional Conduct Committee.
  • Contribute to legislative and legal development within the Department.
About You
  • You should have legal qualifications with extensive relevant experience. Admission as a lawyer and holding or eligible to hold a practising certificate are also essential.
  • Supervisory experience and knowledge of NSW legislation are highly regarded.
