Lead Investigations

Take charge of conducting thorough and discreet investigations to ensure integrity, confidentiality, and fairness in all inquiries.

  • Manage and oversee a team of investigators, conducting background checks and internal investigations as directed.
  • Develop and maintain databases to record investigations, producing reports for management review and external regulator requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to determine facts and make recommendations.
  2. Manage and develop investigation protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to share intelligence and best practices.
  4. Provide training and guidance to investigators on investigative techniques, procedures, and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in conducting criminal investigations, workplace investigations, or regulatory investigations.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and investigative procedures.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
