Technical Services Professional

About the Role

As a Technical Services Professional, you will provide technical expertise to ensure seamless installation, upgrade, and support services for legal software solutions.

The role involves remote installation and upgrade services, liaison with client IT representatives, and providing technical support and resolution for escalated incidents within agreed SLAs.

You will install, configure, and monitor internal systems to ensure high availability, develop and maintain documentation relevant to providing technical support, and advise on hardware/software configuration to optimize product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing remote installation and upgrade services.
  • Liaising with client IT representatives.
  • Offering technical support and resolution for escalated incidents.
  • Installing, configuring, and monitoring internal systems.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation relevant to providing technical support.
  • Advising on hardware/software configuration to optimize product performance.

Requirements:

  • Solid educational foundation in Computing and Information Systems or successful industry experience.
  • Experience with software installations, software deployment, and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Windows Client/Server Operating Systems, Virtualization Technologies, Windows Networking, etc.
