Job Title

We are seeking a Property Portfolio Administrator to join our team and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial office, retail and mixed-use property leases.

  • Support asset managers in meeting leasing objectives
  • Develop detailed reports to support quarterly analysis of portfolio performance
  • Maintain registers to ensure leasing data is captured accurately
  • Develop proactive workflows using the City MIS to capture and leverage key lease data

The role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Finance
  • Extensive experience in management of Leases for Commercial Office, Retail and Mixed-Use properties
  • Demonstrated experience in leasing, building asset, facilities management or equivalent workplace experience
  • Demonstrated experience instructing lawyers on lease related legal work
  • Demonstrated sound understanding of Leasing Legislation and Compliance requirements

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial office, retail and mixed-use property leases. Your duties will include supporting asset managers in meeting leasing objectives, developing detailed reports to support quarterly analysis of portfolio performance and maintaining registers to ensure leasing data is captured accurately.
