A Managerial Role in Radiography

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of medical imaging services. This will involve providing leadership to the Medical Imaging team, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with relevant standards and protocols.

This role involves a high level of clinical expertise and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate should have experience leading teams within the radiology industry and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities.

They should also have advanced level clinical skills in general radiography and CT, and preferably experience in MRI. Ongoing commitment to skill development and personal growth is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide managerial leadership of the Medical Imaging team.
  • Ensure the operational delivery of medical imaging services.
  • Develop service improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver advanced level medical imaging clinical services.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team within the radiology industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced level clinical skills in general radiography and CT.
  • Experience in MRI preferred.
  • Ongoing commitment to skill development and personal growth.
