Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic team members to assist with the harvesting, packaging and delivery of our sustainably grown and wild foraged produce.

Our operation spans two acres in Warrandyte South and 18 acres in Silvan, where we cultivate edible leaves and flowers to supply high-end cafes, restaurants, bars and distillers throughout Melbourne.

  • Harvesting of produce, including flowers and leaves
  • Packaging produce into designated containers
  • Sorting products in preparation for delivery
  • Loading delivery vehicles
  • Delivering produce to venues around Melbourne
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to take initiative
  • Enthusiasm for early morning starts and varying weather conditions
  • While some knowledge of plants is advantageous, on-the-job training will be provided
  • Up-to-date Covid-19 vaccinations are required (for drivers only)
  • Ability to work well under time constraints and in high-pressure situations
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Effective time management skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Full driver's license (manual preferable but not essential)
