At Boratto Farms, we are seeking a highly skilled Horticulture Supervisor to lead our field production team.

This is a key role in the operation of our farm, ensuring that we supply a quality product to our customers and maintain a safe workplace.

The successful candidate will have three years experience in a similar position and a background in market gardening or farming. They will be responsible for training and monitoring a harvest crew, implementing policies for safety, food safety, quality, and foreign object control.

The Horticulture Supervisor will also assist the Staff & Field Production Manager with tasks such as managing harvest crews to harvest crops safely and efficiently, achieving productivity and quality goals.

Liaising with people at all levels of the business will be an essential part of this role. A full-time permanent position is available, working six days a week. Cert IV in Horticulture is required. A current car licence is also necessary.

A competitive salary of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year is on offer. The working schedule includes 8 hour shifts and weekend availability.
