**What you will be doing**

As a Harvest Leading Hand, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Harvest Supervisor to help train, develop, and support the team.
- Undertake picking tasks
- Train new team members in picking tasks, including machinery use
- Driving picking trollies
- Support the Harvest Supervisor in preparing daily work orders and daily picking estimations (kg predicted to be picked)
- Assist in stock control management
