Job Title: Cybersecurity Professional

This is an opportunity for a highly skilled individual to administer multiple Gateway environments, ensuring seamless functionality. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive monitoring, service response, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot network/computer issues for clients, servers, and network equipment.
  • Work effectively in both Windows and Linux/UNIX environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and procedures of the Gateway environments.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve deliverables within specified timeframes.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A valid security clearance is essential.
  • Proven expertise in working within IT environments.
  • Experience with diverse operating systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex network/computer issues.
