The purpose of the role is to provide administrative and commercial support to the business through the administration of all aspects of payroll processing, invoice processing, sales, tender submissions and client contracts including the coordination of related activities via a CRM. Manage and provide ad-hoc project, commercial and administrative support.

About the role

The position is primarily responsible for financial and genereral clerical support within a dynamic office environment. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and internal stakeholders.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Checking compliance and approving batches on a weekly and monthly basis.- Updating platforms for work orders and uploading invoices.- Coding invoices for payment- Raising manual invoices and credits to clients- Stock control of uniforms (multiple brandings / businesses)- Ordering / issuing new starter uniforms and replacement stock- Running weekly subcontractor reports- Ordering office Stationery- Organising office functions and catering including Award Nights

This role is expected to grow in the coming 12months, so if you're looking to develop and learn, this is the role for you. Additional duties that will be trained over the coming 12-18 months includes - payroll, travel bookings, fleet management, specialised invoicing and other financial duties.

Skills & experience- Intermediate to advanced excel skills including formatting, formulas, pivot tables, etc- Experienced working across multiple databases / platforms- Capacity to self manage learning of new systems- Strong self management / organisation skills- Capacity to escalate issues and seek clarification on priorities- Strong attention to detail- High standard of work presentation and communication including written correspondence
