We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance, Safety, and Claims Professional to join our team.

About the Role

This national position is pivotal in ensuring effective delivery of workplace health and safety, risk management, and compliance services across a large and varied portfolio.

  • Develop and implement a Workplace Health and Safety Strategic Plan aligned with industry frameworks.
  • Provide best practice advice on regulatory matters including occupational health and safety, privacy, quality, modern slavery, and cyber threats.
  • Conduct property audits, reviews, and implement training for compliance and safety processes.
  • Manage public liability claims and coordinate with insurers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and reporting, including national trackers and client updates.

You will drive the strategic direction and operational delivery of workplace health and safety and compliance initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate risks, meet compliance obligations, and embed safety systems into our daily operations.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, safety, or risk roles within a commercial property or corporate environment.

Proven experience in developing and implementing workplace health and safety and compliance frameworks.

Strong communication and report-writing skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Experience conducting audits and delivering training programs.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

A valid driver's license.
