We are seeking a passionate professional to drive strategy, sustainability, and systems change for sexual and reproductive health and rights across underserved communities.

A pro-choice, feminist organisation based in Melbourne is part of the global MSI Reproductive Choices partnership. Our programs span Asia and the Pacific, reaching people who face barriers to care.

  • Set the strategic direction of a fast-evolving NGO working at the intersection of health, rights, and gender equity.
  • Contribute expertise to strengthen resilience, partnerships, and impact.
  • Be part of a values-aligned board with a shared vision for social justice.
  • Champion choice and bodily autonomy in a time of global backlash.
Key Responsibilities
  • Governance and Strategy: Guiding mission-driven organisations as a board or executive leader.
  • Fundraising and Partnerships: Philanthropy, major gifts, or income diversification experience.
  • Finance and Risk Management: Financial oversight, audit, investment, or enterprise risk management.

Strong candidates understand SRHR, locally led development, and global health.

Time Commitment
  • Attend quarterly board meetings (online or in person).
  • Join working groups or committees based on expertise.
  • Support fundraising and advocacy efforts as a public champion.
