Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Customer Readiness Team. As Senior Customer Readiness Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless implementation of product and business change, identifying critical customer risks, and monitoring the customer impact of product change.

You will lead a high-performing delivery team, closely aligned with the Customer organisation's objectives and key results. Your stakeholders will span multiple global divisions, and you will effectively drive advocacy for the needs and objectives of the wider Customer Experience Leadership Team.

  • Engage with leaders across Product, Technology, and Customer functions to deliver awareness of product initiatives and their impact on customers.
  • Advocate for customer outcomes and ensure customer requirements are understood and adopted for high-priority business change.
  • Raise risks through relevant decision-making forums and put commercially viable plans in place to mitigate risks as required.
  • Evaluate the successful implementation of product and business change into the Customer organisation, ensuring Cost to Service (CTS) objectives are achieved, CX productivity is not impacted, and all customer teams are well prepared to support customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to influence outcomes at all levels in various contexts. You should be comfortable working with complex data, applying robust problem-solving skills, and have experience leading a delivery team to maximize resource and deliver tangible business value.
