Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time administrative support specialist. This role is ideal for someone who can provide excellent customer service, manage accounts and orders, and contribute to social media marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Handle invoicing and order processing, manage professional communication with clients and suppliers, and utilize Microsoft Office software for tasks such as word processing and data analysis.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Social Media Marketing: Contribute to social media marketing efforts by creating engaging content and interacting with customers on various platforms.
Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year of experience in an administrative role or related field.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) software and sales targets/KPIs.
