Job Description

You will provide administrative support to our day-to-day operations and projects in our Melbourne office on a part-time basis (minimum 3 days a week).

This role offers opportunities to enhance your personal and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive project support services to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
  • Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
  • Support the tendering process and prepare marketing collateral.
  • Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
Qualifications

To be successful, you will ideally have demonstrated experience in an administration role and be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days a week for this part-time opportunity.

  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Current full Victorian Driver's License.
  • Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis.
  • Experience in office administration and supporting technical projects.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
