We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Brunswick Baths. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre.

About the Role

This part-time role involves delivering high-quality administrative support, processing payroll, contractor accounts, and external communications. You will work closely with our Department Coordinator to ensure seamless communication with external parties and contractors.

  • Providing administrative support including scheduling and timesheet management
  • Processing compliances for Lifeguards and Duty Managers
  • Supporting communication with external parties and contractors
  • Managing accounts, invoices, and payable/receivable transactions
  • Clerical duties including typing and basic data entry
  • Scheduling maintenance works and supporting Duty Manager as required in peak times
