Your RoleYou will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end claims, reviewing case files and decisions made by our expert Claims Consultants.
- Handling complaints raised internally and through external channels, including regulatory bodies.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to share insights and improve our customers' experience.
We are seeking candidates with:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in complaint management, preferably with an EDR scheme or strong experience in Personal Injury.
- Legal qualifications, particularly those with a background in personal injury (e.g., sports or medical).
- An in-depth understanding of external regulatory complaints processes and relevant requirements.
- A customer-centric mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High resilience and confidence in managing both straightforward and complex cases.
- Strong influencing and analytical thinking skills.
- Effective time management and the ability to handle a dynamic portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
