Professional Claims Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead and support a team in managing runoff intermediated claims across Home, Landlord, and SME products.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to deliver optimal and compliant outcomes.
- Lead and support a team to meet service and performance targets by fostering a collaborative environment and driving operational excellence.
- Monitor and report on claims service delivery weekly to ensure timely resolution of claims and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure operational controls meet regulatory compliance by staying up-to-date with industry developments and implementing best practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and drive business growth.
- Proactively manage risk and support continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Foster a strong risk culture across the team and business by promoting a culture of risk awareness and encouraging open dialogue.
