About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator at Estia Health. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in creating a home environment that residents love.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building genuine relationships with residents and their families
  • Developing and implementing programs that cater to social, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Coordinating group activities and events that promote resident engagement
  • Working closely with the support team to ensure resident needs are met

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for building relationships and creating a positive atmosphere
  • A Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
