Drive Sales Growth and Deliver Customer Experience

As a senior retail leader, you will drive sales growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience through efficient logistics management.
The e-commerce department selects and packs online orders for click and collect or delivery to customers. You will be accountable for this process, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership and team coaching

- Rostering
- Visual merchandising
- Safety and compliance
- Stock management
- Customer understanding
You will report directly to the store manager and be responsible for driving a one-team culture that recognizes and celebrates success. Your goal is to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales targets, manage costs, and provide excellent customer service.
