We are seeking a Site Operations Specialist to join our retail team.
About the Role:
This is a key position in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Site Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting your manager in developing and implementing business strategies, managing store presentation and stock levels, coaching and training team members, and achieving targets for fuel sales, shop sales, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the manager to drive business improvement and growth
- Manage varied site trading hours, including weeknights and weekends
- Achieve results-driven targets for fuel volume, shop sales, safety, mystery shop scores based on service, standards, and customer priority
- Maintain high site presentation standards through merchandising and stock rotation skills
- Assist with console operation and support team member coaching and training
