The Opportunity
Our Workplace Relations & Safety team advises large and small corporate clients, as well as government and statutory authorities. We provide expert advice on workplace relations, industrial relations, and safety law, and work closely with our Commercial team on diverse transactional matters.
Your Role
You will have demonstrated experience working within an established employment law practice, handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will be responsible for providing advice on employment matters across various commercial transactions, developing client relationships, and taking the lead on matters. Your ability to grow the practice and contribute to our success is essential.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in employment law, particularly in workplace relations and safety law.
- An understanding of industrial relations and safety law.
- Able to develop strong client relationships and take the lead on matters.
- A genuine appetite to contribute to growing the practice.
