
Optimising Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Resource Planner to play a key role in supporting our roadside assistance operations through strategic scheduling and resource optimisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about workforce planning and driving operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and manage resource schedules to meet service level targets and operational demands, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective planning solutions aligned with business objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintain and enhance workforce planning frameworks to support continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and service level improvements, analysing data and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
- A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in workforce/resource planning or a related operational role, demonstrating a strong understanding of planning principles and practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate plans and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
