Technical Account Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Account Lead to spearhead technical initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients, leading the technical aspects of their accounts.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft environments, including Windows 10, SharePoint, and Outlook, with a focus on EUC solutions.
  • Deliver technical expertise in desktops, laptops, and other EUC devices, including mobile phones and tablets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Federal Government security clearance is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the IT field, particularly in EUC.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, especially in the context of EUC.
  • Technical skills in desktop, laptop, and mobile EUC device support.
