Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a federal department ICT team as an experienced End User Compute (EUC) Engineer.

The role involves delivering, maintaining, and enhancing end user enabling technologies in a large and complex enterprise environment.

This includes Microsoft Windows SOE, device management, enterprise collaboration tools, and secure remote access solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), including desktop productivity software, security configurations, and corporate device builds.
  • Administer and support the enterprise messaging and collaboration environment, such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange.
  • Support and maintain enterprise remote access solutions, like virtual desktop infrastructure, VPN.
  • Packaging, testing, and deploying enterprise applications.
  • Manage automated patching processes across the EUC environment.
  • Provide expert technical advice and represent the team in ICT governance forums.
  • Deliver Level 3 support for complex technical issues escalated from Service Desk and Level 2 teams.
Essential Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Windows desktop and mobile device management, application packaging and deployment, and remote access solutions.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting skills and providing Level 3 support for complex EUC issues.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and ITIL processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across ICT teams.
