Job Opportunity:

The End User Computing (EUC) Support role is a critical part of our organization's infrastructure management. The EUC team provides technical guidance to the Service Desk and delivers responsive, reliable, and respectful ICT support.

About the Role:

The Senior EUC Support Officer will work closely with the EUC team leader and provide technical guidance to the Service Desk. They will also assist in the delivery of ICT support and service.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualification in Information Technology or relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of application packaging in SCCM and/or MS Intune

Eligibility and Specific Conditions of Employment:

  • Character clearance (police records check)
  • Health clearance
  • Six months probationary period for new engagements
  • Security Clearance: Baseline
  • Some interstate travel is required
