The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Leasing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all lease information is reviewed, updated, and obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare lease sanctions and review draft leases
  • Update and maintain property leasing information
  • Process payments for leases and facility maintenance
  • Prepare accrual journals, monthly reconciliations, and variations, as well as reporting and analysis on expenses, budgets, and forecasts
  • Liaise with internal teams and external property lawyers, landlords, and maintenance providers
Requirements
  • Accounting knowledge and commercial property management experience
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Knowledge of PEPS (EPS) property software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
