Job Description

Drive Revenue and Profit Growth as Assistant Category Manager

As Assistant Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Category Manager to drive revenue, profit, and stock turn targets for a specific product group. This involves managing inventory flow from suppliers across our retail network, liaising with external partners, and collaborating with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Marketing and Legal to execute category strategies and deliver optimal product outcomes.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will drive product development from inception to shelf, identifying gaps, emerging trends, and sales opportunities. You will also coordinate and implement product forecasts, liaise with suppliers, and monitor KPIs to maximise results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory flow from suppliers across the retail network
  • Liaising with external partners to execute category strategies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue and profit growth
