We are seeking a highly experienced Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) professional to lead our AML/CTF operational activities.

This critical leadership position is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of AML/CTF controls and processes, ensuring that we meet our legislative obligations, regulatory expectations, and internal policy requirements while safeguarding our organisation from financial crime risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systems and Process Optimisation: Work closely with technology teams and vendors to tune transaction monitoring rules, maintain AML/CTF platforms, and implement process improvements to enhance detection capability and operational efficiency.
  • Governance and Assurance: Support the execution of the AML/CTF Program, contribute to internal and external audit engagements, and present compliance insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and mentoring to analysts, fostering a high-performance culture that promotes compliance excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We offer a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being, including:
