Job Summary:

We are seeking a trusted advisor to the Managed Funds and ETF business stakeholders, leveraging their experience across investment products to provide compliance advice and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in investment management/superannuation with particular exposure to managed funds and ETF product. They will possess strong communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused mindset, and be able to engage, influence, and build relationships with senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continually assess regulatory requirements for responsible entity/business lines and suggest courses of action for business leads.
  • Support Product and ETF Capital Markets functions in relation to product disclosures.
  • Lead review and maintenance of Compliance Plan for managed investment schemes.
  • Design and maintain policies and procedures to address identified compliance risks.
  • Assess complex incidents and breaches and support business in defining resolution and remediation.
  • Collaborate with Compliance Reporting Team to prepare reports and attend steering committees and management meetings.
  • Provide ongoing compliance training to business stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in investment management/superannuation with particular exposure to managed funds and ETF product.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
