Investment Research Manager

The Investment Research Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Wealth Investment Committee research-related matters and deliverables, including investment insight reports and thought leadership. This role requires a high degree of expertise in investment research, with experience in both public and private assets, preferably within investment research houses.

  • Oversee the Wealth Investment Committee research related matters and deliverables, including investment insight reports and thought leadership
  • Prepare comprehensive reports that summarise findings, analyses, and recommendations regarding investment funds and asset class reviews
  • Manage investment committee stakeholder engagement, including coordinating fund manager meeting schedules for the Investment Committee
  • Attend fund manager and research consultant meetings to gather qualitative insights
  • Engage with various external stakeholders, including external asset consultants, and Fund Managers
  • Assist with due diligence on potential investment opportunities in public and private markets on behalf of clients, including analysing fund manager reports and evaluating market trends to assist clients in assessing the risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to and be an active part of our operational investment infrastructure, including platforms, internal research database, and utilising portfolio modelling software
