**Job Overview:**

The ideal candidate for this Solutions Architect position will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies. They must possess strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion, internal and 3rd-Party apps, and be able to drive the deployment and adoption of these systems within a complex ecosystem.

To succeed in this role, one must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, people, and more. This collaboration will enable them to understand the business needs, engineer solutions, and ensure that the company's systems are aligned with its goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, develop, and implement E2E Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements
  • Drive the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion, internal and 3rd-Party apps within the company's ecosystem
  • Support cross-functional teams in understanding business needs and aligning system deployments with company goals

**Requirements:**

  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion, internal and 3rd-Party apps
  • Ability to drive the deployment and adoption of systems within a complex ecosystem
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
