Enterprise Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing our most critical systems to ensure the company's success.

About the Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, engineer solutions, and ensure our systems align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Drive the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion and internal applications to enable our new Operating Model.
  • Support, design, develop, and implement E2E Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business partners to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
  • A proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs.
