As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-intensity support to individuals with complex needs.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with families and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

  • You will manage peg feed management ensuring seamless delivery of nutrition.
  • Ventilator management, including non-invasive ventilation (NIV) and bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP), will be handled by you in accordance with individual support plans.
  • You will be responsible for tracheostomy management and urinary catheter management.
  • Complex bowel care management is also an essential part of your job responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a valid driver's license. Further training will be provided as necessary.

This position requires the ability to work effectively within a dynamic environment while prioritizing client needs and collaborating with colleagues.
