Job Title: Dog Care Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a dog care specialist. This role involves providing top-notch care for dogs in a safe and enjoyable environment.

About the Role:

  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for walking, playing with, and caring for groups of 4-5 dogs at a time.
  • They will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to use their own smartphone to document and submit footage of the dogs' activities.
  • A full Australian driver's license is required, as well as the ability to work independently and maintain good customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a company vehicle to travel and collect dogs safely, take them out as a group for half day sessions at designated locations, and drop them home afterwards.
  • Handle groups of 4-5 dogs in an off-leash environment while maintaining control and ensuring the dogs' safety.
  • Maintain good communication with customers and the general public on a daily basis.
