About Our Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients and participants.

This is an opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives, working in a fast-paced and supportive environment with ongoing training opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with daily living tasks, including bathing, toileting, and mobility support
  • Accompanying clients to social events, appointments, and activities, utilizing your own vehicle as necessary
  • Providing household assistance, which may include cleaning, meal preparation, and other tasks as required
  • Supporting clients with medication management and administration
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with individuals and making a meaningful contribution to their lives
  • Experience within the NDIS or Aged Care sectors, preferably with complex behaviors and behavior support methods
  • Excellent communication skills, with a person-centered approach and adaptability to meet diverse needs
  • Resilience and compassion, with a strong commitment to delivering quality care
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates, along with a National Police check and valid driver's license
  • The right to work in Australia and full COVID-19 vaccination
