Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Worker to join our team in Canberra and surrounding NSW areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will work with a diverse range of clients, assisting them with daily living tasks as outlined in their care plans. You will be working independently, using your skills and experience to provide high-quality care and support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Care or higher;
  • Current National Police Check (mandatory);
  • WWVP Card (mandatory);
  • Drivers Licence and Comprehensively Insured Private Vehicle (mandatory);
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates (mandatory);
  • Mandatory Orientation;
  • NDIS Clearance; and
  • Covid 19 Vaccinations (if applicable).

In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly and approachable;
  • Positive and solution-focused;
  • Client-focused and empathetic;
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills;
  • Willing to complete Statutory Declaration (mandatory); and
  • Has a Smart Phone.
