Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Product Trainer. This position plays a vital part in delivering high-quality training programs for field service technicians and customer support teams.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging training experiences through classroom sessions, virtual learning, hands-on product workshops, and digital resources.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to stay up-to-date with new products and service topics.
  • Design and facilitate training programs that cater to both technical and non-technical staff.

This role requires regular interstate travel and occasional international travel to support training needs across Australia and New Zealand.

">Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in training or product support roles, ideally in the appliance or service industry.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of appliances or related technologies.
  3. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills across varied audiences.
  4. Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible training for non-technical staff.
  5. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or earlier) desirable.
