Job Title: Appliance Delivery Expert
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Appliance Delivery Expert. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances to customers across Melbourne.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of brands and products, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and providing top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and install appliances to residential addresses from 06:30am - 03:00pm on weekdays
- Receive and load orders onto the delivery truck and unload goods
- Accurately complete associated paperwork and provide basic product overviews and training to customers
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Be physically fit to assist with unloading appliances to residential addresses
- Be a true team player with a positive customer-centric attitude
- Prior warehousing experience is advantageous
- Hold a clean driving license
- Have strong knowledge of the transport industry and geographical knowledge of the area
- Exhibit strong communication skills
