Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team, covering Melbourne Metro and Eastern Suburbs. As a trusted and valued technician, you will be responsible for repairing and testing appliances to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair and troubleshooting, with experience working with a variety of brands. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and fully test the operation of appliances to ensure full customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training sessions and service manuals.
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.
Requirements:
  • Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair (Cookware, HVAC experience desirable).
  • Strong communication skills and technological skills.
  • Provide premium customer service.
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature.
Work Arrangements:

This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with the option to work weekends. We strive to provide a good work-life balance, and start and finish hours can be agreed upon with the Hiring Manager prior to start date. Work from home, rather than commuting to a workshop.
