Appliance Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team. As an Appliance Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality service repairs on appliances at customer residences or in our workshop.

This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and the option to work weekends. You will have the flexibility to start and end each day from home, rather than commuting to a workshop.

About the Role
  • Repair and fully test the operation of the product to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training media, service manuals, and training sessions.
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.

The ideal candidate will have highly desirable appliance repair and troubleshooting experience, a restricted electrical workers license, and relevant qualifications in electrical and appliance repair. Strong communication skills and technological skills are also essential.
