Integrated Logistics Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join our team in Redbank Plains, QLD.

The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and manage ILS activities across the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle for major Defence programs.

  • Develop and implement ILS strategies across acquisition and sustainment phases.
  • Manage delivery of ILS elements including supply support, maintenance planning, configuration management, technical data, and training.
  • Lead procurement and acquisition planning activities to ensure support outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders, OEMs, and subcontractors to align deliverables with Defence requirements.
  • Ensure logistics activities comply with Defence policies, ITAR, and security protocols.
  • Oversee logistics risk assessments and supportability analyses.
  • Contribute to Statements of Work, tender evaluations, and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certification in ILS or logistics supportability disciplines.
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD and ISO standards for logistics and sustainment.
  • Experience managing ILS within the Defence sector, preferably in an MSP context.
  • Experience supporting procurement and acquisition within CASG frameworks.
  • Understanding of Defence logistics policies, ODCS, and ASDEFCON templates.
  • NV1 Security Clearance (minimum) – essential.
  • Ability to work in ITAR-restricted environments – essential.
