Mobile Maintenance Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive scheduler to join our maintenance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our mobile maintenance activities are well-coordinated, accurate, and efficient.
The scheduler will be responsible for implementing and consistently following work management processes. They will provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on system usage and maintain data integrity in the Pulse system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and consistently follow work management processes.
- Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on system usage.
- Maintain data integrity in the Pulse system.
- Ensure all contractors submit their weekly schedules on time.
- Consolidate contractor schedules into a single site schedule, adjusting where necessary.
- Report weekly on schedule compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in scheduling or maintenance planning within mining, resources, or heavy industry.
- Familiarity with maintenance systems such as Pulse, SAP, or similar.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to engage with contractors and internal stakeholders to align schedules.
- A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
