Mobile Equipment Operations Specialist

A Fleet Coordinator role is available with a leading organization in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the mobile equipment fleet, ensuring compliance with site procedures and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate maintenance activities to optimize availability, reliability, and performance.
- Promote a strong safety culture in line with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement effective scheduling and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure accurate and timely schedules.
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance teams.
- Monitor fleet performance, downtime, and reliability KPIs.
- Previous experience in fleet or maintenance coordination within mining or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of mobile equipment and work management systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
