Job Description

About the Role:

  • Lead your shift team to create unforgettable food and beverage experiences for our guests
  • Support and mentor our food and beverage attendants to be their best
  • Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the food and beverage team
  • Supervise and delegate duties to ensure smooth daily operations in our outlets
  • E nsure hotel and brand standards are maintained
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
  • Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests
  • Encourage the team to upsell and encourage guest interaction

Your Experience and Skills:

  • A service-focused personality is essential, with a passion for everything food and beverage
  • Previous experience in leading a small team is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Espresso coffee making and bar tending experience will be highly regarded
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, or willing to obtain

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
