Experience Food and Beverage Operations

This opportunity allows you to demonstrate your customer service skills and eagerness to develop knowledge across various food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create exceptional guest experiences by providing excellent customer service and memorable moments.
  • Taking orders and serving food & beverages efficiently for restaurant, café, and in-room dining.
  • Breakfast service including buffet and à la carte, maintaining presentation of the restaurant.
  • Assisting guests with questions and menu recommendations.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operation during service periods.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage.
  • Familiarity with beverages, including barista coffee, cocktails, and wines, to maximize average spend.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Interest in building genuine connections with guests and colleagues.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays - minimum of three shifts per week.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling qualifications or willingness to obtain.
  • Working rights in Australia.
