PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

With over 35 years of experience, we offer a wide range of services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport.

We currently have more than 25 depots across Australia, allowing us to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

The Role

A key objective will be to develop and maintain working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • End-to-end contract life cycle management across VPC, Transport, and additional services.
  • Day-to-day service delivery, data management, and effective communication for designated OEM accounts.
  • Business relationship management with internal/external customers.
  • Cultivating excellent customer relationships through a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinating account tasks to achieve optimal customer requirements.
  • Organic growth opportunities by cross-selling value-added solutions.
  • Preparing business development and tender submissions.

Skill and Experience Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in a similar role, dealing with OEM's, Dealerships, and/or Fleet Management.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and effective persuasion skills.
  • Quick learner, problem solver, and diligent follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Ability to plan and execute according to plan.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Independence with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Customer-centric individual who handles stressful situations professionally.
