Job Title: Auto Parts Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled sales professional to join our team as an Auto Parts Sales Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their passion for automotive parts and build strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade and retail customers
  • Responding to phone enquiries from trade customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Picking orders for trade customers efficiently and accurately
  • Liaising with delivery drivers to ensure swift delivery of trade orders
  • Assisting in-store customers to finalize purchases
  • Placing orders from suppliers to meet customer demand
  • Assisting customers with returns or warranty claims
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive parts sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills (retail sales programs, Outlook, online ordering platforms)
