Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our workplace experience efforts and deliver exceptional experiences for our staff.

As a Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with our leadership team to drive global principles and experience programs, ensuring that our offices are presented and operating in a beautiful and functional manner.

This role involves being the face and ambassador of Workplace Experience in the region, actively promoting the WX brand and fostering a positive environment across the office.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of delivering workplace experience, events, and food and beverage operations across multiple offices.

Key responsibilities include leading workplace experiences, collaborating with key program leads, creating high-level communications, coordinating global events, and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Our team is passionate about creating a world-class workplace experience that inspires and motivates our staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in delivering workplace experience, events, and food and beverage operations
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to foster a culture of idea-sharing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to balance planning and urgency
  • Experience working in distributed environments and managing budgets
